Andrew Devine is a senior associate attorney with Parkland Health & Hospital System in Dallas.
Andrew graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with high honors in 2005, with a bachelor’s degree in Government. He attended Texas Tech University School of Law and graduated in 2009.
After graduation, he started Burke, Fishback & Devine, PLLC with two other colleagues, and continued there in general private practice for five years. In 2015, Andrew began working in-house for Parkland Health & Hospital System, the hospital district for Dallas County, where he is presently a Senior Associate Attorney.
Andrew takes part in a broad swath of legal matters for Parkland, including Public Information Act requests, Open Meetings issues, Texas Torts Claims Act issues, commercial litigation management, hospital lien management, contract review and government procurement.
