Council Member

Chelsea Anne Mikulencak began her municipal legal career in July 2017 as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of San Antonio's City Attorney's Office.  She advises her client departments on a wide variety of legal practice areas, such as First Amendment activity, Sick and Safe Leave, COVID-19 response and recovery, campaign finance, municipal elections, the Texas Open Meetings Act, and the Texas Public Information Act.

Chelsea currently serves as the District 18, Place 2 Director for the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and co-chairs the Financial Literacy and Debt Management Series committee. She is also a graduate of the LeadershipSBOT 2019-2020 cohort, and is a graduate of the City of San Antonio's 2019 Women's Leadership Mentoring Program.

Outside of work and bar service, her life revolves around her three-year old son, Logan, and their two dogs, Draco and Luna.
