Linda A. Samples is Associate General Counsel for the Texas Tech University System where she represents the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso. Linda previously served as a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of El Paso and represented many El Paso-area school districts.

Linda graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, cum laude and University Honors Degree and then attended the University of Michigan Law School. Linda served as Managing Editor of The Michigan Journal of Race and Law and graduated with a JD in 2005.

Linda has been married to Les W. Harris for over 18 years and has two children, David and Leilani.
